If she is adamant about breaking off the friendship, just let her go.

As I've been saying to others lately, things happen, people have their own reasons for the decisions they make, and sometimes the best thing one can do is respect that. Generally speaking, the more urgently you wish to 'fix things' with her, the more inclination she will have towards not taking you seriously.

If you try to fix things to the best of your ability and things dont work out then they just wont work out. dont beat yourself up, everyone goes through this. if you guys work things out your friendship might be stronger than ever, or this problem could be brought up again and anger her, if you guys do become friends i would suggest not talking about what happened ever again, for it could anger her which wouldnt be a good thing
