"Comment with Quote" In Blogs?

No, it's been like that since that feature came around for me

Looks like that's where the quote button should be, the image just isn't showing up. Hm. *strokes imaginary moustache* If you were to hover over the little quote button, that "Comment with quote" bit would show up in the form of a tooltip, like when you hover over the quote button on a post and it says, "Reply with quote".

I'm sure you've gathered that much, though. xP Funny how the quote button isn't actually there. Although, "Comment with quote," does sound sort of fancy.
