What do I have!!!

For years it has gotten worse!
I have no idea what it is! My mind is never quiet! I constantly hear a song.
A never ending drone of random things said by an unknown voice, or is it even a voice?
I have constant homicidal thoughts, along with suicidal thoughts!
I forget things less that 60 seconds after I've said it! Which adds to what I hear and feel in my head!
God, what is it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I want it to stop!

could be a few things
most likely skizophrenia, it sounds like it
thats the worst, it could also be acute anxiety, which can create delusions, if you have a song go through your head for one day, and you think you cant get rid of it, it seems to stick at least it did this for me, im on constant guard against bad thoughts entering my head, my advice, see a doctor, i think your just stressed
