Bedtime Relax Tea

2 cups of water
1/2 teaspoon fresh organic chamomile
1/2 teaspoon dried organic lavender
1/2 teaspoon dried organic mint
1/2 teaspoon fennel organic seeds
1/2 teaspoon dried organic lemon balm


1) In a pot, bring the water to boil. Remove from heat. 2) Add the chamomile, lavender, mint, fennel, and lemon balm. Steep for 5 to 10 minutes. 3) Strain and drink before going to bed.

I don't usually drink any tea-style things but this sounds yummy. And since I can never sleep when I want to it could be amazing.
