Instead it is caused by the hormonal imblanence of puberty.
And while this is just as real and painful has the common imbalance of depression.
It is not the same.
Your changing and going threw a troubled mental state.
And it is normal for you to conform to what you see as an escape.
But conforming to self mutilation because of its popularity is not going to help you deal.
It will pull you into a deeper rabbit hole.
and that’s not what you need.
You need to realize and understand that while cutting seems to be a way to deal.

Everybody gets bullied. They say bullying is not part of growing up. But I really think it is. EVERYBODY IN THE WORLD GETS BULLIED. It is an experience that adds to all of us growing up. We go through it and learn from it. Adults get bullied by their co-workers. I think that it isn't just a part of growing up/puberty, but a part of LIFE.

I know about divorces. I think about my dad almost every day. How he abandoned me. But I wouldn't of been this way if it wasn't for him leaving. Think about it. I would probably be alot more macho than I am and not as good as talking to people or helping them.

mi mum and dad divorced aswell, but i dont really mind, i dealt with that ages ago n didnt even really get depressed about it eva! but i was just going through a rough patch n felt really bad, i couldnt tell mi parents or mi brother, mi friends wernt helping, and everytime i went anywhere i got harrased, im not depressed nemore, n kinda think it was stupid of me 2 do it coz its in such a noticable place, but im starting to go back into town etc (i didnt before bcoz it just depressed me)
