Sounds like a good reason not to smoke.

Your body's telling you that you don't need cigarettes.

one time i was smoking a cig, and i got all dizzy and stuff like that. i felt like i was gonna fall over... normally people cough but not me. why is that... also ive kinda done it once every few days and it still happens sometimes. why is this?
One possible cause, if you are breathing in smoke and holding it in for as long as possible you are depriving yourself of oxygen which could lead to dizziness and feeling a bit faint.
Also if you are doing it every few days you might want to stop as cigarettes are very addictive.

I smell misinformation in this thread!
The real reason why it made you dizzy and stuff, was nicotine! Nicotine does that.

I have never heard of cigarettes doing that. Other smoking drugs might. You are probably breathing the smoke in to much.
