well it not from any manga i just look up pic and copy them but i am starten my own work

Not bad, a sure of a lot better than I was at your age. Work on the mouth, nose, and neck though. They look either disproportionate or off somehow. Also be sure to check out deviantART, they have... literally thousands of really awesome tutorials for this stuff.

Anywho, keep it up, especially what with it being original and not just a trace or copy. It's nice to see something decent come out of the art forum every now and then, instead of all this graffiti and permanent marker junk.
