Just made a account today with virtual teen. I am 17 years of age ( will be 17 on novemeber 12th. Still 16 atm. ) with a erect penis of 5.5 inches and 4 inches non erect. I am a EXTREMLY Horny person incase this has anything to do with it. Anyway i noticed all my life there has been a slight blue color on the bottom base of the penis head. I have always wanted to know what this was. I searched everywhere and didn't really get a decent answer.
