Hi, im 14 and i normally go to bed at about 10pm and fall asleep at about 11pm or 12pm, and i wake up at 5am, it is alot easier to get up at that time than if i sleep till about 7am. But could this effect my future health? sometimes i go to bed at 8pm to make up for it.

I'm sorry to say, but you're a morning person *screams in horror* Nope your fine. I would try and got bed as early as possible, if you fall asleep an hour after you go to bed, maybe try and go to bed an hour earlier like 9pm? You're fine.

Early riser? What is waking you up? Light? Noise? Or just natural? I think our bodies will dictate it's own sleep period.

Ditto ^ but I'm the opposite, apparently I'm an insomniac, because no sleep at night but sleep during the day. *shrug*
