do any of u know how to edit my vcard?

To edit your profile, just go to UserCP and use the Edit Profile tab. vCards store information that is in your profile, so if you edit your profile, you edit your vCard - from what I understand it to be anyway (I haven't downloaded one, myself).

i dotn loaded my own and thee was stuff in there that wasnt in my profile

The only thing that is has is your username and email address. That's it. Now, the vCard itself provides this for email programs and shows your name as your username and shows your email address. If you have your email address hidden and want it to remain private, don't allow anyone to download your vCard.
