Few questions about circumcision.

1. i thought just Jews were circumcised but when i was watching penn and teller about circumcision there was a interview with a girl who could not imagine how an uncircumcised penis would look like. Are boys who are not jewish also circumcised? I know some are circumcised because of medical reasons but not that many.

2. Isn't it hard to masturbate if you are circumcised?

In some countries, most notably America, many boys are circumcised at birth, its just really a local custom.

I dont think any uncut guy (me included) can quite imagine doing it without a foreskin, but all the cut guys manage perfectly well and cant imagine doing it with one.

circumcision at birth is performed for 3 major reasons: religion, cleanliness, or local customs (sometimes those reasons are intermixed)..

if a boy's a moslem or jew, then he's definitely circumcised.
if he's christian, then it depends on location, local customs...etc
if im not mistaken, i think there's a higher ratio of birth circumcision in the US than in Europe (like Norway, Sweden, UK)

as for masturbation being "harder" if ur circumcised well i dnt think there's a clear yes/no answer for that...for example, im not circumcised and i masturbate without lube most of the time..(although it is more fun with lube)
i think being uncircumcised makes things "easier" cz u'd never need a lube..although im also pretty sure that its also more pleasurable with lubrication

My family is Catholic and I was circumcised. If you grow up with it, you don't really think twice. There are advantages and disadvantages, obviously, but I don't mind being cut.

Ideologically speaking I wish I wasn't cut. Seems like a very stupid religious tradition to cut up your own genitalia.

i totally agree with this in the US, a lot of christians are cut, but not all of the and not all over the world. I live in the US and I'm a Christian and i cut.

geiri, circumcision is rare in Europe, but in the US, Canada, and muslim countries, its very common

1. Lots of different kinds of people get circumcised, most notably Jewish people.
Some people get it done either at birth, or in later life because of medical reasons. Some people get it done later simply because they want it done. for others it's just local custom for it to be done at birth.

I'm Christian and I am circumcised. It says in the bible that you are supposed to, but many people practice it for medical purposes too.. Also, I can't say if it's harder or not to masturbate without foreskin as I have nothing to compare; I have been circumcised all my life. Let me tell you though, I get quite a large amount of pleasure masturbating and I'm circumcised.
