My title explains it all...well most
I am making another music video and my last one used bullsoft which since it was free it put a banner up on the video...annoying
so i need a free converter to make my file a .WMV so i can load it to Windows Movie Maker
also, if anyone know where i can get a copy of Adobe Premiere for free that would be great because i used it in TV production...so many useful addons for it and all.
Thanks
back to recording...
btw if you wanna see my first music video its in the band nerds area
ps- 50 posts YAY!!! haha

k, well first if you know a friend who has the pinnacle cd's. I know a way to *cough* get the serial number for free. And pinnacle can open, edit, and convert mov files. It can also convert and burn them to dvd-r's for tv production. As for a free mov to wmv converter stand alown, one word.
"Google"

Windows media encoder 9 can convert anything to WMV. Download it from microsoft.com. I use VirtualDub to convert google video files into avi, but there is absolutly no compression, so a three minute video is 1.5 GB. You have to use divx convert to get it down to less than 10 MB.

Ok i got Adobe Premiere 6.5
Does it convert files to wmv?
I did work with it but this was a year or 2 ago...so i forget some of the operations
Anyone know how to get the finished product into a wmv format?
all i can save it as is .ppj
I never had to do this in TV Pro. as we just ran it though the system to tapes and DVDs...this time it has to go to the net.
edit:
got the converter from download.com as microsoft.com was not working for me...

O_o You realize you posted 4 times consecutively, right? Don't do it again. Just double posting is against the rules. If you have something to add-on, then edit your last post!

http://media.putfile.com/Non-Pickle-music-video
in the end it sounds like im hitting a splash cymbals but im going down the toms, what you cant see is my temporary splash trigger pedal next to my bass
my splash cymbal comes in soon...ships out on the 15th they are saying
anyways...it will be a full hour of converting that to electric for the kit then all i have to do it plug it in and program it to the kits.
easy at pie......mmmmmmmm pie http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/images/icons/icon10.gif
im still using a 20 year old cam from my dad so i have to get a new one or something...will be better for the video,
my 3rd video is already in editing stages, i recorded it with a friends cam so it will be allot clearer and ill even edit in 2 shots ...one for the overall view and one for the double bass pedal parts.
the song will be MIA by Avenged Sevenfold
