What a confused and mixed up post. You say you want to experiment but wont do anything sexual, sounds like you should get a chemistry set.

Really 13 is still pretty young and based on that post to be honest you dont strike me as mature enough to rush ahead just yet.

People normally start experimenting in their late teens, not least beucase pretty much everything is illegal until you are over 16.
