Closing the puberty forum

well some members have been throwing this idea around. i was just wondering what the other members thought. if you wish to keep the forum say yes. if you want it gone say no

no this is for other reasons. that it attracts spammers and that we dont need a puberty forum

Bad idea, most people who come here is because of the puberty forum. Most of them don't go any farther than it, but some do. I would have never found this site had it not been for the puberty forum, and trust me my life wouldn't be as fun without it.

there is no reason to close the pub forum, its here to help people, and alot of people come here because they are at the stage in their lives where there body is goin through some changes.

its a bad idea cuz most people just spam the puberty forum cuz yea..its puberty related plus ppl who really need it come...when they need it..
id rather there be spammers just in the puberty forum then anywhere else.

Exactly. The only way this site turned up in my search engine results was because of the puberty forum, and for a while that was the only place i posted. the only reason why noone really asks puberty questions any more is because we have like 20 active members lets say and those 20 people have already asked their fair share of puberty questions.

Since we are a close knit community and know everyone, it seams that the only issues concern us are just normal life and not strictly puberty. However, they should not be closed because that is the section which draws new members

i wouldnt of come here if it wasnt for the puberty.

plus many think that some mental illnesses are just them, here they find their puberty questions, along with discovering if they have a problem, which the info could help them in later years

like, if the puberty forum wasnt here, i would never of come here, and the way i was going i would be dead by now.

Read what you said, and then look at the poll. If you want it to stay you should say no because your asking if we should close it.

I think it should be gone. Virtual Teen is meant for the psychiatric ward and the puberty section is just gross. At the least it should be moved down below The Psychiatric Ward.

Most people get here cos they are tring to find the answer to a puberty question, and then they use all of the forums, agreed it attracts spammers and i know were not bothered about member count, but dont we want to help as many people as we can?

Why don't you partner up with like V-Teen or something? Have a re-direct forum to their puberty and they can have a mentall ilness re-direct here. Except I don't think phpbb can re-direct forums.

Even though I'm new to this forum, it's helpful to get information, and if they close the forum, then well ppl aren't going to be able to get answers as easily, and plus this place is good to socialize, and it makes you feel your not the only one thats goin threw somethin

Those who want 2 close it and dont wanna use it, then dont use it. but obviously most of us love it here at VT. Its one of the most popular forums on here.
i know there are spammers who try to ruin it but its a small price to pay to keep it open.

ya whoever coined that idea is a fool. this is the biggest forum there is, and people dont find this place by searching for "the white wall" in google, they find it from puberty
