I have a friend and she says she cuts into her wrist 3/4 of an inch... I'm really worried she might kill herself as she says she also cuts down.. Any advise what I should do?

tell her to stop and tell her parents or something...
consider this....
DO u want ur friend to be mad at u 4 a while, and not die
Or just sit there, while she dies

Your friend is a liar. unless your friend is morbidly obese, then 3/4 of your wrist is cutting every vain in your arm. tell her to get help.

If I tell her parents she'll just have a huge grudge against me for the rest of her life. Trust me, i've seen it before.

Ask her to stop, beg her to stop, tell her to stop. Tell her that you're scared and that you don't want her to die. Whatever it takes! If you have one, take her to see the school counselor. If she still won't stop, then don't threaten her, but just make sure she knows that you have to tell her parents. There's not much else to do at that point, but like I said, only if everything else fails. If you tell her parents, yes, she will have a grudge on you for a while. Will it be forever? No. Though if she kills herself, will it be forever? ...

I agree........she'd be dead if she was telling the truth.
Have you seen the wound?

Like all people who cut they cover it up. I used to cut but not as deep as she says...:S

Going deep is a definate problem. That is practically suicide right there. You should try to educate your firend on the issue and ask for them to stop.
