Help?

So, I've been having this whoosing sound in my left ear, and it comes and goes every so often. The sound is somewhat disorienting. It's odd becuase I had the same problem on Monday, then it went away, and it came back today. It damn well better NOT be a freaking brain tumor or something serious.

Has anyone ever had this problem? Does any one know what this is? Post your thoughts.

Does it just sound like a constant high pitched noise?

Sounds like it could be some fluid. Might need to have your ear syringed. It doesn't sound too serious. Ask your doctor if it is annoying you though.
