why cant girls like me

i am always sad when it comes to this because all my friends have girlfriends and they get to make out with girlsand just hang but why cant i be like that i respect women i am niceto girls but it just hurts me when i see a couple holding or cuddling or anything somewhere in my brain i have a craving for a happy relationship.:(
