(Anxiety Disorder/Panic Attack!!!!) HELP PLZ!!!!

I suffer from an anxiety disorder and today its at its worst.... im almost at the point of having a panic attack. Its mainly cos i have this group job interview at 4pm today and im soooooo nervous..... i dno if im even gna go cos its just soooo bad.

Plz if you could give me some advice on what i could do before my interview i would appreciate it. =/

It actually went ok, lol. I was sooo nervous but my friend was also at the interview so it wasnt so bad. And thnx... ive actually just changed them again, lol. I have so many fav lyrics :) lol.

I remember feeling like that before a job interview I had earlier on in the year, it all works out ok in the end though :) I have loads of favourite lyrics atm too, I like ones I find inspiring.

I'm ok thanks, getting along. Life is ok, afterall there's so many people worse off. I'm making positive steps to sort things out. How about yourself? x

Ye it does seem to work out in the end... i just need to remember tht for my nxt job inteview, weneva tht will be.
And kl.... ye same, and i like lyrics tht i can relate to in someway.

Im ok spose =/ had some gd and some rly bad days, but ive started taking very small steps into gettin help... so hopefully i can keep on tht way, and i hope tht i dont lose control, like i have been a bit lately =/
