Hi.
I am 20yrs old. Am very much interested in sexual activities as everyone would have at this age.
I am masturbating once daily and I am not able to resist.
I am able see my nerves up by now and so I fear if this is some thing bad.
If it is really bad, please advice what should be done.
I dont have any experience in sex before..

Nothing wrong with masturbating frequently, the only time that it becomes "too much" is when you see it as such.
If you're finding once a day too much, then try to come up with ulterior methods of entertainment, pick up a new hobby perhaps?
If you're looking to get laid, well then, I suggest going about it the ol' fashioned way.

Man don't worry about it, once you find a girl that does it for you, your pattern will change. Now once you do and this doesn't do it for you then it might be compulsive. But since you haven't done anything then it seems normal up to this point.
