Actually I think not, I mean they do have the same DNA make up but despite that, one might have a larger growing spurt than the other. It can happen.

They will hit puberty at different times, even though they have the same genetic make up, once they are outta the womb they start to change. I have identical twin friends, ones 9 inches and one is 6...

I don't think so. Identical twins do have the same genetic makeup, but they can still be different heights, weights and even look remotely different from one another, I don't really think there's that big of a chance they'd be the same down there.
