Im very skinny at the moment and im worried that im not going to naturaly bulk up. Ive tried eating lots of food in general, but that didn't work. I've also tried eating lost of meat and protein, but that didn't do alot either. Does anyone else have this problem or any advice? I weigh about 44.5 Kg/ 7 lbs and Im about 172 cm/ 5'8" tall. Hope that helps.

lol story of my life, i'm skinny, i have muscle tone but i'm still pretty slim
my metabolism is super fast so it's really hard for me to gain weight regardless of wat i eat or how much i work out
i'm told i'll bulk up a bit around mid 20's but that i'll generally always have my slim body shape
just gotta work with what u got i guess

I use to be pretty think before but i lost about 40 pounds and gained some back in muscle. I just work out almost everyday and eventually it will come around.

I'm quite skinny, 6 foot 1" and I weight just over 9 stone. I personally think I eat loads but put on no weight. it's been the same for my brothers before me, so I'm just accepting I'm not gonna be too 'bulky'...

Gotta agree with Ben here, i'd rather be skinny compared to myself at this moment
but if you want to bulk up, do excercises that increase muscle

I'm having the same problem. I have abs, and I don't even have to exercise to keep them. But, everything else is just...blah. I can do 1000 pushups and presses and I'll still have the arms and chest of a little girl.
For those trying to lose weight, try swimming! It really works out your entire body!

You can try going to the gym but it does not work for everyone. It may work for me but maybe not for some one else.

I can't really say I do have this problem. :P
For some people, it's easier than others. It took me four years to get me where I am. An organised, healthy diet and a good workout schedule will most certainly do the job. Weight training, cardio, etc.
Try a gym.

Also, boxing is major hobby of mine. I go to the training gym every morning, and run, lift weights. Great exercise.
I'd try it out, if you were interested.
