I've tired on Firefox and Internet Explorer, I can't get it to play! It'll load but never play. Someone help?

Make sure your Flash version is up to date. Try clearing the cache, that might help a bit.

Always clean the computer with CCleaner, have the latest flash, shockwave and adobe.
