Me and my friend have been together( as friends) for the past 5 years. We always had something to talk about, and we always had fun tlking to eachother. Now I have noticed at the beginning of the school year, she isn't the same. All of her "friends" despise me, so whenever I go to talk to her, they take her attention away from me. Now even when her friends aren't around she acts like im not there, even when I am right in front of her:( I reaaly have this almost sort of lovefor her but not literally. I just wish she wouldn't ignore me, I feel so bad:(

If you just have a heart to heart with her it might help and who knows maybe she feels the same you feel about her.

I was in the same situation a while back. I didn't handle it very well. I gave up trying.
Please dont give up trying. Dont throw away the friendship. Thats the worst thing to do.
Have a heart to heart with her telling her your fears and feelings. Maybe she doesn't realise how badly this is hurting you.
Perhaps you could suggest that you two could spend one day a week just the two of you. If that turns out well then maybe she'll want to spend more and more time with you.
If she refuses to do this with you and ignores you then sadly it could be time to let go but it doesnt have to be forever. She might begin to miss you and will realise her mistake in letting you go. Be there for her if she returns to you. If she does then your friendship was meant to last.
I think its vital that you do not speak badly of her friends as this may push her closer to them and away from you. If you manage to have a heart to heart then you could say that you feel they despise you and deliberately take her attention away from you but dont say they do do that.
Good Luck.
