Aslong as you are eatting healty there is nothing wrong with going to the gym to workout, just know your limits, dont push yourself too far. i mean i go to the gym everyday and workout, but i know my limits, i know when to push myself and when not to
i try and eat healty, just make sure that your keeping hydrated and are eatting balanced meals, and you should be fine
if anything working out every day is good for you, just dont think of it as loosing weight or your fat, think of it as being healthy and living a good healthy life

Its a good that your exercising because that is good for your health. You just need to keep hydrating and eat healthy. If ever you feel dizzy though while exercising, you must stop and rest. Never go beyond your limit. Remember that too much of everything is not good. So balance everything and maintain that love for exercise and taking good care of yourself. Your doing great!
