Whenever i j.o. I get a throbbing pain in the middle of my brain's left lofe. The intense pain lasts for 30 secs but a lingerin pain stays for about 5 mins after orgasm. It feels like blood rush (throbbing in time with my pulse) but much more intense. Is it a tuma in the area of my brain which controlls my reproductive organs? That thought worries me. It isnt blood rush, being a jazz trumpeter with plenty of high notes, i know what a really bsd blood rush feels like and its not nearly as bad as my jo provlem.

P.s. Please dont just say, 'sounds like a weird problem, go see a doc' because i know the doc is there and i will go to him if i cannot fibd an answer elsewhere.

P.p.s. I used to b able 2 j o withoit the mental pain - it only started like 3 sessiobs ago.

4. My family has a history of high blood pressure, but i had mine taken about 5 weeks ago and it came out just over average.

Thanks for being so diagnostic, helpful and quick to reply.

Ok, obviously I am no professional, but I wouldn't jo for a while (if possible!) also, go drink tons of water, and by tons, I mean about 3-4 liters.

Are you dehydrated lately or showing signs of dehydration? (dark yellow urine, cotton mouth)

Water doesn't have much to do with blood...
If you had just started j/o it would be much easier. What have you recently started doing that was different in your lifestyle?

Dehydration thickens the blood, leads to headaches, and may be causing this pain. Water actually has a lot to do with blood and more to do with tissue, which is what the brain is made of. The body needs water to filter out toxins and salts which may cause headaches.

Have you ever played outside for so long that you get thirsty and dizzy?

btw, you're frikin cute as hell :P

Not to be too direct, but where you more "excited" than usual?
Again, not trying to be weird but, what is your age? It could be a rush of hormones, it happens to me, but it is behind my eyes. It throbs is sync with my pulse as well.
Just throwing out ideas!

go to your doctor

Didn't quite read what it said in the first post did you?

The only thing I can think of is that it is a possible issue with your blood flow to your brain when you're focused and having a higher heart rate. I mention the issue of focusing from a purely neurological perspective as it could possibly help explain why you feel pain in a certain area of your brain. This would though have to be in conjunction with the increased blood flow, possibly thickened blood and increased blood pressure.

The idea of the focus being an issue is a somewhat complex one to explain so the very basic run-down is that it is partially due to the neurotransmitter dopamine (DA) and how it can affect the striatum, substantia nigra, thalamus and prefrontal to frontal cortex. To understand what I mean in a more practical sense, concentrate on something, doesn't matter what it is but concentrate hard. Don't move your eyes, just concentrate. Now release the concentration and don't focus on anything in particular. Hopefully you'll notice that when you focus and unfocus, you feel a bit different, almost as though some pressure has be removed.
