im such a dumb ass this is my first time and its probebly going to progress... i hate myself yet it feels SOOOO good.

and how can i cover them up without attracting attention i wear short sleeves or no shirt around house and gym later and i have short sleeve gym shirts :frown:

well you said minor so im doubting theyll show up too much or be excessively noticable
especially if this is your first time then there wont be any scars and it can be passed off with a simple excuse
and no shit it feels good
your releasing endorphins into your blood
thats what gives the high from cutting
google it and find alternative less destructive ways of getting that result

I dont want to sound mean, but you should have thought about how you were going to cover up before you went ahead with the cuts. If you continue with it thats going to get harder very quickly, so dont expect to keep it secret for very long.

I'm astonished by the number of times I have to say this on here - Don't do it again.
Speak with a trusted adult or friend.
Look over the announcement at the top of this forum - there is a list of over 100 things to do when you want to cut and at least some of them are going to work for you.
If you carry on then you are a fool and will find out for yourself that it gets out of control and lands you in even worse situations than the ones that you were in in the first place.

I'm surprised that you actually want to do something which has apparently cause you to lose all your self-respect...but that's neither here nor there...

im going to try to cover it up anyways i know i was stupid and wasnt thinking i just need someone or something to hold, love, or support me.

what made you think scissors would be a good choice for that?

Dont worry, everyone has these feeling the first time. Of course you are going to think that this is good and it is helping but really it isnt, you are already having problems then this i9s not the right path to choose. Your bored, depressed as you said find a way to engage yourself in something else, read, do poetry anything, please not this. You should know that once you have done it once it is hard to stop the more you do it the more hard it will be to stop. Just stop now, whilst you still can. x

You are quite right! there are other ways of releasing endorphines, for example: having an orgasm, sport, laughing... just try, cause its not impossible to stop :)

Sweat bands? they cover the wrist area and you can have them in gym coz they're sport wear :)
