Well if you just eat 12 grams of fat a day you will drop a lot, exercising will make it come even faster, my step brother did this and went from 200 to 140

Okay, I suggest Biking and swimming.
As for diet, you should stick to fruits, vegetables, yogurt (fat-free), fat-free milk, and Quoia. Now, you should eat small meals throughout the day-- a light breakfast conisting of fruits, yogurt, and perhaps Special K-- then another small meal about two hours later--then a "lunch", another "meal", a small, light dinner, and another small meal before bed--also, a little bit of kettle bell calisthenics will add a little definition to your muscles, which will help burn more calories daily. Oh, and remember, the afformentioned foods are low in complex carbs-- those are found in bread, pasta, rice, etc. Avoid those, and remember whole-grain is not a bad substitute for those. Also, red meat only-- no other meat. Oh, and if you can't resist, junk food is acceptable 5-10% of the time.
Best of luck. Any questions, PM me.

No diets. Pure work outs, lots of cardio and some lifting. Proteins for breakfest that means eggs fruits and a smoothie. Nothing else no chocolate milk, no egg mcmuffins. Eat meals no snacks and work on cardio eventually you will lose weight.
