Sarah, not sure how that's a puberty for girls question so will answer anyway.

Boner and errection are the same thing, boner is a slang term for errection, ie. an errect male penis, when its stiff & ready for intercourse.

Orgasm - the term applies to both guys and girls, and is the sort of peak or moment of release of tension at the end of some form of sexual stimulation. For guys its when they cum or ejaculate.
