I live in Germany, and like most Germans we go the public sauna sometimes, especially winter. Obviously everybody is naked in the sauna and showers (you're not allowed to wear anything). On Sundays a group of about 10-12 of us go regularly, mixed boys and girls, between 14 and 17. Nobody in Germany is the slightest embarrassed about being naked with friends or family.
