The 'uncomfortable' sensations is probably because you can't ejaculate. I know what you're talking about - when I was young, that happened. Once you develop some sperm the tickling feeling should go away. however if the orgasm is painful, consult a doctor.

Hey Ghoti, not to worry lol cause I remember thinking stuff like that when I first started to j/o and I later realized that the head does become realy sensitive (tickles) and sometimes during and after orgasm, you just got to try and avoid a lot of pressure or touching, directly on the head itself and you should be fine.
