So it's that time of year again where the creatures of the night come and lurk. So what are the best horror movies you've seen? I don't mean those gory ones that just make you squirm; I'm talking about ones that keep you guessing around every corner, ones that make you jump out of your seat.

There are only two good movies that I've really seen. And by good, I mean jump out of your seat.

The Nightmare on Elm Street and Halloween. Halloween would be the original movie (1978) and the remake (2007). Both are extremely good.

1970s wickerman is the scariest thing I've ever seen, but saw 2 is pretty good. I saw drag me to hell last night, and that was quite good.

"The Exorcist" is good. "Jeepers Creepers" is good. I don't like many new horror movies, the old ones used to really try and scare you, now most horror movies just use blood and guts and gore to scare you. But there is the odd horror movies these days that gets made with scares not gore.

Rec. just seemed silly to me.

I like Quarantine because of the quality. John and Drew Dowdle did a great job, because their budget allowed for alot more.

The Dowdle Brothers also did "The Poughkeepsie Tapes".

It was really good.

Jennifer Carpenter did a good job. Because she wasn't all like "I'm going to fight the infected!" *Picks up shotgun*

She was freaking out, hyperventilating, screaming. It was awesome. A really big rush.
