Well, if you do eat then it makes you less hungry. Dont really know if you dont.

I wouldn't smoke tobacco in hopes of increasing your appetite, if that's what you're asking about. Smoking tobacco on its own isn't very healthy, and it's certainly not an ideal way to work out any appetite issues you may have.
EDIT: Whoa, I read the question correctly but then wrote my response all opposite-like. Fixed it. xDD

Best thing to do if you do not have an appetite in my opinion is to put yourself on a calorie controlled diet, regulate a set amount of meals and snacks, and make yourself eat them.
You should not have to turn to smoking or anything else to make yourself eat, if you feel you have an eating disorder then speak to a nutritionist or a medical professional.

It shouldn't do, no.
Used to make me become quite thirsty sometimes though, I think that was mainly because of the taste it used to leave in my mouth.

No it doesnt it makes it easier not to eat anything
