This is a good question you raise here, and my experience in such situations is that many times mental issues cause such problems. What I mean is that if there are things bothering you in life, then many times that affects one's sex life. You need to get a handle on those problems, including any relationship difficulties with your girlfriend, otherwise sex is just not going to be great.

Have you talked to your girlfriend about this issue? Has she been supportive and not has put any pressure on you? Sometimes we can be our own worst critics, and when sex becomes more of a task such as pushing ourselves to last a certain length of time, then it ruins the fun. Just make sure that if sex is no fun or enjoyable that you hold off on it and try to work things out with your partner.

we usually have sex around 2-3 times a week. the last time we had sex before last night was a week ago because she was on her period and that was when I first started to last like 2 minutes for the first time, so i don't think it's from having sex too much. should I try the extended pleasure condoms? I've tried them before but it was not the same feeling and it took forever haha.
