Idk if this is the right place to post this, feel free to move it.

Lately, i've been finding it hard to cope with everyday life. I've had a terrible migraine for the last 5 days, its actually starting to make me physically sick. I went to a doctor this morning, who told me it was a mixture of a build up of my depression and stress. She changed my antidepressants, and gave me a prescription for beta blockers, which are supposed to calm me down. But my Migraine is still here, if anything worse. What else can i do to ease it until i can go back? i really feel like i cant do this any more.

First of all, are you sure it's a migraine? It's easy to confuse migraines and headaches for people who don't get them very often, and treatment for the two can be different.

Nearly positive, My necks stiff, the hot/cold flushes and i cant handle light/noise without feeling the need to throw up. Sorry, kinda graphic. :/

If so, make some hot water, dip two tea bags in, and put them on your eyes. Then put a warm wash cloth on top of them. I've always found that helps immensely.

Good, I'm glad. I get migraines a lot, so I pretty much survived with this technique.
