OK well i was in the hospital for 2 months because of a bone marrow transplant so i never had the time to u know because in the unit i didn't have doors only curtains and the nurse never respected them so they always come in when im using the bathroom. So i lost the habit of masturbation, now i don't do it like that i get hard but i never have the urge to jack off. Now today i started to do it again; i went to the bathroom to jack off because i was like i need to do that because i haven't did it in a long time but when i was about to cum nothing came out and thats the first because i cumed before many times. I don't get it is something wrong with me y can't i cum no more? PLz i need ur help and im afraid to tell my doctor because my doctor is a she

Ok.

1.I don't think your body will just "stop" producing sperm because you haven't released it in a while.

2.You can ask for a male doctor for "downstairs" related stuff. Even if you don't want to ask for a male doctor; you shouldn't be afraid of the female doctor, they are trained to be ok with things like that, plus they've probably had loads of teen guys like you asking the same questions.

Yeah, seriously don't be afraid to ask them. It might be really awkward, but it's better to be safe then sorry. If it helps you feel better... I had to go to the doctors office once and ejaculate in a cup... Worst part of it was, my MOM KNEW WHAT I WAS DOING.

You raise an interesting situation here, and assuming that you have some sort of cancer to get a bone marrow transplant have you had any chemotherapy done as well? I am not an expert in this area, but it is my understanding that cancer treatments do affect sexual abilities. I would really talk with your doctor about your situation, and there is absolutely no shame in asking about your ability to ejaculate. Granted, you do not want to have kids right now, but you have a right to know how your fertility and overall sexual abilities were affected by the treatment. I would start off the conversation asking a general question about if guys go sterile from your treatment, and I would segway to mentioning about your specific problem. Especially in light of the major treatment you have had alongside any medication you are taking there is a good chance that some of your abilities may be suppressed right now. A doctor is a profession and is not there to judge you. Have confidence in being open with your doctor even if your doctor's gender is not the same as yours as all of them can and will handle your questions with dignity and respect.

Are you saying you havent cum at all, no wet dreams either, for months, that would be worrying. You really should talk to your doctor.

You should ask if that is a side effect of the procedure. Maybe the meds you were taking is causing you not to cum. Just go ask your doctor to be safe.
