groped at by the fingers of the innocent
what lies beneath the metallic seal
a smooth sea of intoxicating liquid
with the flip of a thumb the air tight pressure is broken
and the aged friend is released into the gullet of the bystander
seconds evolve into minutes, and them into hours
the glass now lays in shambles
the poison gone
the victim of its grasp wasting away
that rush that hit now gone
replaced with a pool of vomit and a comatose child
sounds like fun
