not sure if this goes here. feel free to move.
okay, every monday i get headaches. can anything be causing this? i think its school because during weekends the noise level around me is very low. during school, it is very loud. i think because i go from a very quiet enviroment to a extremely loud one it causes me to get massive headaches. like the one i have now......help.

Yeah, keeping your iPod on during class doesn't tend to go over too well. Some schools don't even like you using them between classes (and there's no point for that 5 minute walk to your locker and to your next class anyways, in my opinion).
How much sleep do you get on the weekends compared to school days? If your sleep schedule is out of whack, and you tend to get little sleep Sunday night (especially if you sleep in late Saturday and Sunday mornings), that can cause a headache. Since it's just Mondays, and you're regularly going back and forth from school to home during the week, I don't know if the noise level alone is going to cause this. I would think that, if it were purely the noise, it would cause a headache most of the time instead of one day per week and also that two days away from it wouldn't have a huge effect on your tolerance once you go back to the noise. It's possible that it's a factor, we all have different tolerances for things and maybe noise bugs you more than the average person. I don't know if that's all that's going on, though.
It's a regular thing, and only in the beginning of the week, so what you want to do is look at what changes then. Sleep patterns, eating habits, that kind of thing. What do you do differently, are there any definite changes? Those are things I would consider most likely to cause a Monday-only headache. When you don't keep those things regular it can have some effects on your body (including but not limited to headaches). So, those are the first possibilities I would look at.
