I'm HufflepuffGirl, 13 years old. I started my period when I was 11, but I have recently started having cramps, cravings, and mood swings after my period ends. The only warnings of my period I get are very mild cramps and irritation the night before, or day of. PMS doesn't persist throughout my period, just at the start and end. Since I started, I have been almost regular, maybe just a week or so off, and a six day duration every time(the only exception would be when I skipped a cycle several months after I started). None of this wouls bother me, but no one I've talked to (mom, friends, cousin) has had this occur.
:confused:Is it normal?

Yes, it is. This is more than likely your hormones. Most women will experience cramps, irritation, mood swings etc., before, during, and after their menstrual cycle. It's no big worry, so don't concern yourself over it.

Perfectly normal. Just like your hormones can cause moodiness and some physical symptoms before and during your period, it can also happen afterwards. It's typical to experience those things before or during your period, especially during the first few days of each cycle, which is why it's called premenstrual syndrome, but it can happen afterwards all the same.
