Some days i eat and eat and eat. Other days i dont eat at all. All the eating lasts for 2 days-usually on the weekends. But the no eating usually last for 5 days-school days usually. Some of my friends get worried as i dont eat any of my lunch, i have 1 slice of toast in the morning, and i have to eat dinner, but even then i ask for tiny portions and sometimes i leave some on the plate. I hardly drink either. My friends say that i could be anorexic if i carry on like this and they dont want that. Do i have a problem??? x

I think that yes it can develop into Anorexia and i advise you see a GP or someone like that so you can get help sooner rather than later, because anorexia or any eating disorder is more than than capeable of killing or causing serious harm to you and you body, not just physically but also, mentally and such, so it would be better to get help while you can! Your friends care so you could ask them to go with you to see someone?

Only times i eat and eat is half term or something like that. Do you think i should tell anyone like my tutor teacher or a friend to see what they think.

Yeah, the possibility is that it will develop into something much more serious, tutors and friends are there to lead a hand or an ear, and they will get you in touch with someone who can help you.

It may just have been a faise how long has it been going on for?
if it is quite a long time is there anything else that you know of that can trigger the times of not eating?

I dont like my figure. Its gonna on for quite a while now, i dont eat lunch on school days and recently i have been skipping breakfast, lunch and i try and skip dinner by saying that im going to someones house to eat. I get bullied abit and i hate myself. If i eat a really junk lunch then i try and make myself frow up and if that doesnt work then i dont eat at all the next two days or more.

The smallest of things can trigger a potential eating disorder.
A fixation with food amounts and patterns included.
You mentioned you disliked your figure earlier, this will encourage and contribute to the possible eating disorder to become even more likely.
Get help before it's too late.

Your situation is on its way to an eating disorder. Alot of teens today are conscious about themselves. Their hormones sometimes are raging and they dont understand why they are feeling so dipress. Honey, you should eat, atleast some food to give your body energy. Its not good for your body to be deprive of its needs especially your brain. Don't stay in that position, you have to pay attention to yourself because its telling you to do something about it.:)

personally, I think you already have an eating disorder, binge eating, there is help available, you just need to put your hand up and ask for it

Well I think 99% of us here have eaten more than they usually would during the Christmas period! :P
Try not to worry about it, just tell yourself you will start eating more healthily and exercise more regularly once Christmas has blown over. Refusing to eat altogether is a stupid idea.
