You can't delete an account, you just log off and never come back.
If you have an extreme situation, then sometimes it can happen
PM one of the red people
and go from there

if you want to change your name and thats why you want to delete your account you can pm an admin(Epiphany (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/member.php?u=7524) or Maverick (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/member.php?u=2879))
and they can change it for you
now if you just don't want the account than don't go on it anymore
