Burger King's Windows 7 Whopper

Burger King has launched an artery-clogging seven-patty, 1,000-calorie Whopper in honour of the release of Microsoft Windows 7 in Japan.

The cardiologist’s nightmare of a burger – which contains nearly 2lb of meat – went on sale in Japan on 22 October.

Burger King outlets across the country are celebrating the launch of the new Microsoft software with the vast sandwich, which will be available until Wednesday 28 October.
