odd issue with my left pinky toe

when i lay down or sleep my left pinky toe goes asleep for some reason, is this normal should i be worried or what?

Maybe you are cutting off blood flow to your toe or it may be an internal issue at when gravity isnt pushing the blood down into your lower body it flows differently. Try laying down and having your toe out in the open and not under any stress of your other foot or any object. If the problem proceeds then massage it a bit.
It could be a blood clot if ur unlucky unfortunatly.
