ok idk if this should b in this catagory but its sorta related.

Today a bunch of guys in my class (who make fun of gays) were acting like they were gay and it rely made me mad. im not gay but i think thts stupid

My questions:
(to gays) Does tht make you mad when they like mock you?

(to "homophobics" mostly to homophobic guys) Is tht fun and if u hate them y do u act like them?

(to every1) Should i not care wat they do? its not like there are any gays in my class but still...

We can't tell you whether or not you should be mad. Everyone has their own reactions to it. Personally, I find that making fun of gays in the manner in which they were is wrong. It's your choice if you should care or not on what they do. If they don't want to keep an open mind, then let them.

Everyone has their differences, but if you know that it will offend plenty of people (Yes, I would be offended) then keep that shit to yourself.

I know guys that act like that that aren't homophobic at all. They're just teasing, and a flamboyantly gay guy would hopefully have a good enough sense of humor to realise that. On American TV, there's lots of jokes and impersonations of British people and their behaviour/sense of humor, even on kids' shows. It's not mean, it's just honest fun.

Granted, there are some guys that do mean to be insulting, but it's no big deal. I mean, it's certainly not worth getting upset over. Assuming a guy (or girl) who does that is homophobic, though, is a little over the top.
