Does anyone know the Statuet of limitaions for Medical Malpractice in the state of Ohio

Ok thank you but can you help me out here its kind of diffictult to understand for me so let me give you the run down here...when i was 9 they tried to kill 80% of my thyriod cuz it was giving out to much thyriod hormones and killed all of it now i'm on meds for the rest of my life to produce my thyroid hormones now i'm 14 and i was wondering if i could file for medical malpractice

Odds are you couldn't (looks like at maximum a 4 year statute of limitations under certain condition), unless you've continued to be treated by the doctors who performed the alleged malpractice.

Even if you did have the right to sue I suspect you wouldn't win anyways, since you don't sound like you have a speific case for malpractice as opposed to bad luck.

Maybe if you explain then you might be able to get a little better help. Or, don't you want to know them for a specific reason?
