Constant hill downnnnn

My life now feels like a constant down hill slop. I dont feel like anythin anymore. I need to do and stop a whole bunch of stuff but i cant. im on citalopram and the tabs dont work. I cant pik myself up in any way.

I really cant take it no more. Ive just got out of hospital through doin g stuff to myself etc........ I hate myself so much that i no 4 a fact im not worth it 1 bit. I hate life
