Every time we have gym and have to get changed, a boy in my class always gets completely naked and walks around the changing room. He is the only one in my class who does this. He also feels other peoples dicks. He just goes up to them and puts his hand down their shorts/boxers. He has done this to me twice! This cant be normal can it?

Well, I wouldn't classify this as normal. For the walking around naked part, that's well just some people. After gym class, I would see some kids doing it and some weren't so, I guess that's just a personal thing. But for touching others like that: that's seriously wrong. Unless these people he's touching are wanting him to do so, it's very wrong. If they aren't willing, it's considered sexual harassment, which is illegal, I think. Not good, not good at all.

So if this continues and you aren't willing, tell him to stop and to leave you alone, that's the best you can do. And if he continues to do this, notify a teacher or your parents. If you're not wanting that, it's wrong and illegal. Good luck to you and I hope that I was of some help!

Wandering around naked in the changing rooms, I'd say a little bit odd, but nothing wrong really. Touching people down there, wrong. If he does it again, tell him not to do that (don't ask) if he does it again, go tel your teacher.. If you happen to not like the guy, then go straiight to your headteacher (principal?) Walking around the lockers, I could see as normal. But going around to random people and just touch their genitals? No, that's wrong. If he EVER does it again, slap his hand way and firmly tell him, "No." If he keeps doing it, go and tell the coach.

sure its normal for boy of adolescence to be curious about other boys. Its sometimes just puberty or him looking for his sexual preference. But don't left him do something to you that you don't like or you fall as victim.

Walking around naked in the locker room? I've done that before, along with most other people I know...rather normal IMO...nothing wrong with that.

Touching people....well...depends on how he's touching people. Generally, I'm guessing this is probably a bad thing, but it isn't always that way...idk.
