Well, there are a few things. One result is that you'd go soft, and continuing masturbating would be futile, given your penis just isn't up for another round, another result would be that you maintain your erection, and ejaculate again, and the other I guess is that you'd remain hard and may even get to an orgasm, but would not ejaculate due to a lack of semen.

It doesn't necessarily bring pain unless there's no more semen to be ejaculated, and it isn't a for sure thing that you'll get super sensitive or experience pain. Taylor's basically got the scenarios down. Most people will go soft and jacking won't do you any good for a while. Some can have multiple orgasms. In case you're wondering, whether or not you can have multiple orgasms, continuing to jack after cumming won't hurt you, just usually doesn't work.

From experence I can say that it has nothing to do with whether you have any semen left. You can still have a good orgasm with no cum coming out. 1. You can continue to masturbate after your first orgasm/ejaculation.
2. You'd either go flaccid, or keep the erection until your finished.
3. You can ejaculate again.
4. You can go as many times as you like, theres no real limit.
