Go to any NHS walk-in sexual health clinic, they will offer you all the advice/ treatment you need as confidential as possible (Unless you are under 16, in which case you need parental consent for medical treatment)

You can find your nearest one by using google.

Sorry I don't know of any sites that could help you with this, you could try doing a google search but chances are that will turn up more crap than help. My best advice would be what I said earlier, remember you shouldn't feel embarrassed when talking to doctors/ medical professionals. They spent years getting their degrees learning how to help people.
