sometimes before im about to fall asleep all the sudden i get itchy as hell.....pubical area, legs, arms...... i dunno wat the hell it is......also after jacking off it happens to......wats goin on?

2 showers a day is a lil much for your skin and hair unless ur rolling in mud or are in a pool swimming for multiple hours that day. take 1 a day to make ur skin less dry, maybe u itch after j/o cus uve used alot of energy and may be hot? u might be too hot under ur sheets as well

you could have dry skin or eczema or scabies or something allong those lines. wash your sheets more. that may help
