Rite, my mate is hooked on weed and he knows its bad 4 him. How can i help him get off it?

first of all, its not bad.... and secondly its very hard because its a mental addiction not a physical one so its like quiting watching tv... hard. what you'd have to do is tell him that he doesnt need it. but if he does like if he has stress problems, debt stress or family problems then let him be ... but if he doesnt then theres no point on smoking weed, although i smoke it just to relaxe with some friends... thats occasional

to be honest, with some things you cant stop, the people need to come to it on there own terms when they realize they should, that is, if it is disrupting their life.
